Canada Instills Quotas Limiting Whites From Employment In Education

October 11th, 2024: "Canada’s newest medical school is slated to be one of the most discriminatory programs of its kind when it opens in 2025. Straight, white, “privileged” men won’t be warmly welcomed as MD candidates at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson), as only a quarter of seats will be open to their kind."

"75 per cent of spots in the Ryersonian[Toronto Metropolitan University] med program will be reserved for equity-deserving folk: Indigenous people, Black people, and everyone else who can check a diversity box." 

The list includes, among other categories, "LGBT people, disabled people, non-white people, and children of non-white immigrants."

Crunching the woke numbers, concerned Canadians of Anglophone origin may want to recognize this situation for what it is: an assignment of racial quotas limiting Caucasians to 25% or less of academic employment opportunities.

Upon which Cultural Action Party of Canada [est.2016] evoke memories of racial segregation in Europe in the 20th century:

"In April 1933, [Nazi] law restricted the number of Jewish students at schools and universities."

Quickly to follow were laws to restrict non-Aryans from employment in the medical and legal professions. Think this to be an off-limits development in Canadian society?

Under PM Justin Trudeau and his Liberal government, it’s likely to be forthcoming. In fact, if the Feds have their way, race-restricting quotas will permeate every aspect of employment opportunities throughout Canadian society. Believe it to be an ominous situation for Canadians of European heritage? Try this on for size:

 "The strict enforcement of diversity rules has indeed changed the demographics of the Canada Research Chairs program. As of last September, it surpassed its 2029 racial minority quota of 22 per cent, but the racially exclusionary job ads persist."

President of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC), Ted Hewitt "revealed that he had no plan to pare back the quotas — even though some have been surpassed."

We stand aghast. That is, the micro-sliver of citizens who comprehend the reality of institutionalized racism against white Canadians.

The Canada Research Chair Council are advocating for whites to be restricted from employment even after racial parity has been achieved. One doesn't have to be classified as a paranoid schizophrenic to understand what this means. It's pure, unabashed racism directed at Anglophone-Canadians.

"In response, Conservative MP Michelle Rempel Garner asked Hewitt whether gender, sexual orientation or race has ever been used to either qualify or disqualify Canada Research Chair candidates. He wouldn’t answer with a simple 'yes.' Instead, he deflected."

“We pursue policies that were established in law by the Federal Court and subject to a mediation that was overseen by the Canadian Human Rights Commission,” he said.

“Those policies are contained in an addendum to the program and are set to ensure that by the year 2030, the Canada Research Chairs Program will ‘look’ more like Canada…"

Let us ponder this for a moment. The first observation to note is the degree to which democratic governance applies to these initiatives. A federal court, and the federal Human Rights Commission. All the roles are "appointed," as opposed to elected.

So...a group of non-elected judges and bureaucrats approve a policy whereby whites are restricted to 25% of job opportunities in a Canadian academic institution.

“After the [American] Civil War ended, some states passed black codes that severely limited the rights of Black people, many of whom had been enslaved.”

 “These codes limited what jobs African Americans could hold, and their ability to leave a job once hired. Some states also restricted the kind of property Black people could own.”

We consider what all portends for the future:

According to an article published in the Globe and Mail back in 2017, "within 20 years Canada will likely be as brown as it is white."

Meaning that the threshold for a transition of white Canadians to a minority community is approximately 20-30 years away. Upon which we put forth a question of critical importance to our communities:

Upon transition to an official minority, will racially-oriented government policies  flip over to supporting this freshly-minted minority community?

CAP offer our two-cents worth: it will never happen. In this, the fate of Anglophone Canadians appears entirely bleak. Next, we recognize the extent to which the CBC, CTV, Globe & Mail and Toronto Star allude to any of this:

Nothing-- there's your answer, and in this, the future of white Canadian presence in "post-modern" society is thus revealed.

"Justin Trudeau won suburban ridings with large immigrant populations across the country in 2015. Politically, keeping those voters loyal is his first and most important task. Winning them back should be the first and most important task of the next Conservative leader."

We come to understand why the prime minister of our country doesn’t give a flying fig about white Canadians. In fact, there are several reasons. One, Justin Trudeau is a communist. Two, a parent who raised him was a communist. Three, he's a Francophone.

The bug up the PM's butt? "Colonialism" is the one. His government, the "multicultural" non-profit organizations they finance, as well as members of our rapidly growing new arrival communities maintain a hate-on for the colonial founding of our country.

Rendering all this government-sanctioned racism against whites acts of vengeance, as opposed to "social equity" propaganda the haters hide behind. Therefore, for the "sins of our fathers"-- and the innocence of their descendants-- whites are being set-up to become a persecuted community.

In fact, it's already happening, and the woke haters are getting away with it. Whether or not a replacement of the Liberals with a Pierre Poilievre led Conservative government would end the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion[DEI] madness remains an open question.
