Does ArriveCan Mark The Arrival Of China’s Social Credit System In Canada?

There's a good reason why ArriveCan is here to stay.

According to reports, government's implementation of the ArriveCan application is functioning like a plague upon Canadian travellers, as well as the travel industry in general.

One Canadian traveller is quadruple vaccinated, has not tested positive and shows no symptoms of Covid. Border guards who admitted him didn't demand a Covid test, or ask him to be quarantined. Upon arrival at his home he found an email and notification in his ArriveCan app, telling him to stay home for two weeks.

The Trudeau government have mandated that all incoming air passengers — both citizens and visitors  — submit their information through their ArriveCan app before entering Canada. Footage of an 86-year-old man encountering a technical obstacle at Toronto's Pearson International Airport this week caused ArriveCan aggravations to flare up.

"We were given an option to either add my dad to my ArriveCan App or be issued a $5,000 fine." The elderly man is not technically proficient, and doesn't own a cell phone.

"You must use ArriveCAN to provide mandatory travel and public health information before and after your entry into Canada. ArriveCAN is not only keeping travellers safe, but is part of our ongoing efforts to modernize cross-border travel," reads the federal government's website.

Translation: ArriveCan is here to stay. Myriad calls for it to be consigned to the trash are in vain. Pourquoi? One school of thought(ours) says that this personal data tracking device is, in fact, China's Social Credit System come to Canada.

Of course, it’s not all of it. That's not the way that PM Justin Trudeau and his Liberal-Communist government roll. Better to parse it out in piecemeal fashion. Integrate the App step-by-step. Before you know it, Canada has its own version of of China's personal data tracking system.

Personal information required: place of entry, airline and flight number, date and time of arrival, phone number, personal identification(driver's licence, passport), proof of Covid vaccination.

You must show the following to a Canada border services officer upon entry:

• your ArriveCAN receipt

• your COVID-19 test results and, if required

• proof of your COVID-19 vaccination (if applicable)

"You must isolate after testing positive on your arrival molecular COVID-19 test that was provided to you at the border, you must stay in mandatory isolation for 10 days, even if your province only requires 5 days of isolation."

• Use a separate bedroom and bathroom; you may only use a shared bathroom if this was discussed and permitted by a quarantine officer.  

• Avoid all in-person interaction, including members of your household/group. When unable, everyone should wear a medical mask.

• Access the necessities of life without leaving your place of isolation.

• Respond to calls or visits from screening officers or law enforcement.

• You will receive live or automated calls from 1-888-336-7735 and must answer all questions truthfully to demonstrate your compliance with the law.

Welcome to “Sunny Ways” Canada. How sad it is to witness the slide of our society into a quasi-totalitarian environment. Or more succinctly, to experience our nation's transition to an emulation of communist China.

Smart money knew this would happen from day one-- as in, the moment that Justin Trudeau became national leader. Respecting the behemoth nation of the Far East is one thing. All Trudeau family members have done it-- Justin, brother Alexandre, as well as Pierre Trudeau before them.

Turns out that respect is not enough. Replication-- there's the ultimate accomplishment. The catalyst for all of the above is a virus contagion originating in China. The result is an emulation of Chinese society within Canada, a nation so admired by our current prime minister.

All of this culminating in what is most likely an outgrowth of China's private data gathering innovation-- our Liberal government's ArriveCan application. Chinese government gathers the maximum amount of private citizenship data as possible. Now, by way of Covid and its manifestations, the federal government of Canada are doing the same.

CAP can't refrain from dwelling on a particular thought: why is it that no matter what transpires, media never speculate on our country's axiomatic transformation under Justin Trudeau?

One of the main leftist propaganda outlets in Canada is the Toronto Star. CAP has kept an eye on them for years. From a socio-political perspective, their editors and writers loathe Canadian history, our colonial foundation, as well as Anglo-European descendants of the founders of our country.

An article published this week delivers the scoop:

After which they display a list of comments from people who think he is wrong. "Outrageous" is the claim, as it always is when anyone questions our political orientation. Media are incredulous. "What imbeciles these people are. These guys are racists for sure." 

Expert or not, Joe Rogan is on to something. While media smash his credentials, either the man is correct, or he isn't. Perhaps a more accurate description is that Canada is becoming communist. Such transformations are a process.-- they don't occur with a flip of the switch.

Thus, as part of the package, the arrival of Arrivecan. What’s the source of its technology? Who developed a technical prototype for an accumulation of private data to be stored in government databases?

While CAP cannot provide a direct link, the obvious choice is China, the market leaders in this form of technology. It only makes sense. "Conspiracy theory," claim woke academics who despise Canadian identity as much as Justin Trudeau.

Not to worry though-- the morphing of society into a pseudo-communist state is temporary. With Justin Trudeau in charge, it will be replaced by the real thing in due time.
