Racialized Non-Profit Groups Object To Foreign Interference Laws Protecting Canada

"The law introduces criminal provisions against 'deceptive or surreptitious acts' done for the benefit of or in association with a foreign entity."

"Groups representing minority communities are warning that a recently introduced law giving Canada's intelligence agency and the federal government new powers to counter foreign interference is open to abuse."

Each and every day in Canada, laws relating to immigration and refugee status are being abused.

May 7th, 2024: "A woman from Ontario has been convicted of defrauding aspiring immigrants of tens of thousands of dollars."

"Maneet Malhotra, who owns NAMI Immigration Inc., pleaded guilty to one count under section 91 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA), which criminalizes the illegal provision of immigration advice for a fee."

Right. So when uber-powerful non-profit National Council of Canadian Muslims object to implementation of laws to protect national sovereignty, common sense Canadians should be questioning the approach.

All aboard the protectionist train. CAP will take it for granted that tens of millions of Canadians are in favour of the initiative. For what reason would "special interest" non-profit organizations object? Would this be for the benefit of our country, or for the purpose of selfish interests?

Turns out that in Canada, special interest groups hold the key to the Canadian kingdom. That it manifests as a result of former Liberal PM Pierre Trudeau's Charter of Rights and Freedoms is poorly understood. At a base-level, the Charter provides legal impetus for so-called "minorities" to push around the Canadian majority. It’s a dynamic which over the decades resulted in a society in which special interest religious organizations maintain an ability to “lord it” over “Old Stock” Canadian communities.

"C-70 amends the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) to allow the Immigration Minister to ask the courts for the detention and removal of a permanent resident or other non-Canadian citizen if their actions are deemed injurious to international relations."

Why object? For the safety and welfare of the greater Canadian community, this is a move is a step in the right direction. Should one not deduce that such an attitude reveals blatant self-interest on the part of those who remain opposed?

Certainly the situation belies PM Justin Trudeau's woke mantra that "diversity is our strength." In fact, it's antithetical to the proclamation. Instead of welcoming a needed piece of protectionism, the whiners and complainers continue on with their omni-present pattern of whining and complaining. Truth is, they never stop.

"That section is alarming the National Council of Canadian Muslims and the World Sikh Organization of Canada."

"Nusaiba Al-Azem, director of legal affairs at the NCCM, told CBC News the organization is troubled by the vagueness of the international relations piece."

Cultural Action Party [est. 2016} have a piece of advice for the detractors. Try keeping your mouth shut for once. It may, in fact, do your communities some good. Among distasteful behaviours, incessant complaining is detrimental to the cause. Or perhaps contact media, and demand that they ease up on the racialized "pity-party" politics they advance for the purpose of “click maximization.”

Those on the other side are sick of it. Either a community is "part of," or they are "separate and apart." Thus revealing the downside to so-called "diversity," and it's roots in Multiculturalism forced upon society by communist-sympathizer Pierre Trudeau.

"International relations is the reason that four decades of Indian interference targeting Sikhs in Canada has gone completely unknown in the mainstream," he said.

"Canada has on many occasions ignored Indian operations targeting Sikhs in order to preserve trade relations and trade talks with India. That's really been at the expense of the Sikh community."

At the expense of your community, eh? In terms of "at the expense of," nothing in the history of our country can touch the expense tens of millions of Anglophones experience as a result of Liberal government policies of mass immigration, multiculturalism, diversity, LGBT, transgender, abortion and Euthanasia. 

Taken into context, your troubles are but a pittance in comparison. If the myopic ethno-centrics ever opened their eyes beyond community self-interest, perhaps they would comprehend this reality.

No one should hold their breath waiting for this. We now live in "post-modern" Canada, and must deal with it's democracy-eroding nature. In the meantime, "special interest" Canada will keep on with a most effective agenda: "Whine Until You Win."

Let CAP tell you about intimidation. This comes in the form of being branded racist, bigoted, xenophobic and homophobic each time multi-generational citizens object to any aspect of our nation's transition to a 3rd World-dominated authoritarian state.

You think you guys have problems? As white Canadians, we stand helpless as the Liberal government step all over our communities. In "no core identity" Canada, none of that amounts to a hill-of-beans.

Every bit of it buried away in the deepest recesses of mainstream media communication. On this basis, the problems of our rapidly growing 3rd World communities should be secondary.

Accumulating socio-political power at lighting speed via the Trudeau government, for once they may want to step-back and show some appreciation for our laws, not to mention our country as a whole.

Naturally, the chances of such an occurrence likely range between zero and nothing. More effective for power-accumulation is to play the tedious game of "victim-card" politics in perpetuity.
