Trudeau Shows True Colours With LGBT-Positive Senate Appointment

Leaning toward his last-legs as national leader, PM Justin Trudeau goes long term on transgender-for-youth advancement in Canada.

If and when a Canadian prime minister chooses to make a "lasting impact" on society, appointments to the Senate serve as an effective way to do so.

Leaning toward his last-legs as national leader, PM Justin Trudeau has just made such a move.

"Under the Canadian Constitution, the Governor General appoints individuals to the Senate. By convention, senators are appointed on the advice of the Prime Minister. Its 105 members are appointed and hold their seats until age 75."

Established by the Trudeau government on March 10, 2016, the Independent Senators Group is "committed to a non-partisan Senate and the modernization of the Upper House of Canada's Parliament."

Euphemistically, "modernization" means  woke Liberal "progressivism" is to be entrenched in the Upper House. In this Mr. Trudeau has indulged with aplomb, appointing a series of "independent" Senators who, in truth, are more liberal than the existing Liberal Senators.

A motley crue of globalist pretension they are. China-pushers, climate zealots, religious fundamentalists, illegal immigration advocates, and the like. Arguably missing from the neo-socialist spectrum was a bona fide LGBT advocate.

With a recent appointment to the Senate, Trudeau fulfills an inevitable transition. Our PM has just added Dr. Kristopher Wells to the mix. Like the PM himself, this gang don't care much for Canadian tradition-- apart from being locked-in as Senators until the ripe old age of 75, after which they receive a lucrative pension for life.

PM Trudeau loves this.-- the number one reason being that the Senate defies democratic process, unlike the electoral process for members of Parliament.

"Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced Saturday (Aug. 31) that Governor General Mary Simon appointed Dr. Kristopher Wells as an independent senator representing Alberta to fill a vacancy in Parliament's upper house."

"Dr. Wells has dedicated his life to the promotion of 2SLGBTQI+ rights," states the Prime Minister's press release.

Wells is the Editor-in-Chief of the international journal of LGBT Youth, in addition to serving as Canada Research Chair for the Public Understanding of Sexual and Gender Minority Youth at MacEwan University.

When common sense Canadians pick up on such developments-- if they do-- CAP wonder how many of them are thinking positive thoughts toward those dwelling in the ultra-prickly area of "gender and youth." It's an ultra-sensitive topic, to be certain.

Yet, under these contentious circumstances, Trudeau has no qualms about defying public opinion. As an advocate of socialist governance, it's one of his favourite pastimes. Make no mistake-- mainstream media in Canada have picked up on the PM's vibe, presently hailing the appointment as a "landmark" progressive ruling.

Ironically, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons believe all is not well in the land of youth transgender procedures:

"The possible risks of transfeminine bottom surgery include, but are not limited to, bleeding, infection, poor healing of incisions, hematoma, nerve injury, stenosis of the vagina, inadequate depth of the vagina, injury to the urinary tract, abnormal connections between the urethra and the skin, painful intercourse and anesthesia risks."

Fascinating it is to note the following: during the nine-year period that the Liberal government of Canada has been promoting and funding LGBT activism, not once has Cultural Action Party [est.2016] viewed a media article that articulates any form of downside for youth who indulge in transgender procedures.

Media must want what government want. In terms of fundamentals of the transgender process, hormone therapy is integral. What are some of the risks?

"The risk of things like blood clots, heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, and cancer as a result of hormone may be elevated, especially for those with co-existing health conditions."

"Earlier this year, England's National Health Service banned the use of puberty blockers for the treatment of gender dysphoria or gender incongruence in transgender minors."

It’s on this basis that PM Trudeau takes a deep-dive into trans-for-youth advancement with his latest Senate appointment. Alberta Premier Danielle Smith is currently questioning the Governor General’s appointment of a pair of Albertans to the Senate as independents.

“Despite our province’s repeated democratic election of senators-in-waiting ready to represent Albertans’ interests, he has chosen to appoint left wing partisans who will do whatever he and the Liberals order them to,” Smith posted on X.

No wonder media despise her. Anathema to the woke political virus currently consuming Canada, Premier Smith has the audacity to speak the truth. Naturally, the Feds hate this kind of thing, preferring to work a political agenda worthy of praise from history's most successful authoritarian dictators.

“This trans panic she is manufacturing is hateful, hurtful and needs to stop,” Wells wrote in response to Smith's commentary.

In this dynamic we discover the true meaning of the woke weapon of "privilege." How wonderful it is that in our "post-modern" society, any and all forms of push-back against the trans-industry fall into a flaming pit of "victim-status." When it comes to so-called "racism", the same special status applies.

Eschewing every piece of downside-- family strife, estrangement from children, ill-health and parental heartbreak, the woke warriors continue to push forward.

"The Independent Advisory Board for Senate Appointments, created in 2016, is guided by public, transparent, non-partisan, and merit-based criteria to recommend candidates to the prime minister, who then advises Simon."

Don't believe the hype-- it's a complete lie. Despite all societal controversy-- in addition to a rapid increase in anti-globalism sentiment-- Canada's PM is sticking like crazy-glue to his reign of woke terror.
