In total, the 114 third parties were funded by California-and New York-based Tides Foundation — known in Canada for holding anti-Canadian oil campaigns focused primarily on the Alberta Oil Sands.

Soros' Open Border Society advocates for-- you guessed it-- open borders for western democracies(non-democratic nations exempt).
