Was Trudeau’s Immigration Policy Conceived By An Ex-Ambassador To China?

Dominic Barton (born 1962), known as Bao Damin (Chinese: 鲍达民) in China, is a Ugandan-born Canadian business executive and diplomat. He served as Canada’s Ambassador to China from 2019-2021.

What a revelation it is. In terms of credibility, CAP gladly take a back seat to one of Canada's premier historians. Not that we won't apply our personal brand of attack upon PM Justin Trudeau's assault on freedom and democracy in "post-modern" Canada.

Placing Ms. Francis' assessment of responsibility for the Liberal government immigration policy within the context of recent accusations of federal election interference from China adds fuel to the neo-communist fire.

Can it be that behind-the-scenes of political decision-making by way of the Trudeau’s Liberals is a perpetual curtain-call from the government of China?

 ‘Dominic Barton's Disturbing McKinsey Legacy Propping Up China’

"It was during Barton’s decade as global managing director for McKinsey and Associates that the company became notorious for serving kleptocrats and oligarchs."

"While Trudeau’s infatuation with China was already a family tradition, Barton’s formulae situating Chinese markets and money as the keys to Canada’s prosperity were built into Trudeau’s program long before  he was prime minister, it was all right there and ready to go when he was running for the Liberal Party leadership."

The more we learn, the more incriminating the evidence becomes-- as stimulated by alternate forms of media made available over the internet.

Canada has reached a point whereby average citizens are coming to understand the long-game played by China within our political and economic structure. In terms of influence, they're all over the Canadian map. Influencing politicians, funding Liberal bureaucrats, affecting federal elections, in addition to the largest per-capita immigration intake policy on the planet.

McKinsey and Associates "decided that Canada should have a population of 100 million by 2100 and convinced Trudeau to ratchet immigration to record levels. They called their plan the Century Initiative and launched a not-for-profit to lobby for excessive immigration levels."

 A model of democratic governance it is, eh? Devoid of public input or approval, Justin Trudeau pays out millions for a non-elected third party consultancy firm to decide the demographic fate of our nation.

No democracy permitted. It's the Trudeau family way, as dating back to the founder of Canadian globalism, ex-Liberal PM Pierre Trudeau.

CBC, CTV, Globe & Mail and Toronto Star have buried the agenda. Our citizenship has never been properly informed of McKinsey's plan to grow Canada's population to 100 million citizens.

CAP can see why. Ramifications are manifold. For brevity's sake, we offer  a short-list:

-- The end of democracy in Canada. Growing the population to 100 million will result in the Liberal Party controlling 95% of seats in the House of Commons. On this basis, what's the point of federal elections? Under this model, such practices transition to an exercise in futility.

-- White Canadians transition to a minority community. This is, for CAP, a giant of an issue. For mainstream media, it means nothing at all. Not once have the editors at our major media outlets approved an article speaking to the future fate of Anglophone-Canadians. Our transfer to minority status being an inevitability; our very white media people say nothing of the sort.

As summarized by a single word: incompetency. 

Why? Because Justin Trudeau created his Cabinet based on optics, not competency. Because the "political show" is more important, as it relates to placing members of specific ethnic communities into key Cabinet positions.

Trudeau wanted the Sikh vote, so he fast-tracked Harjit Sajjan as Minister of Defence. Today, Anita Anand holds the file-- a Liberal MP with zero experience in the military.

In 2018, Trudeau appointed Somalian refugee MP Ahmed Hussen as Minister of Immigration. Transportation Minister Omar Alghabra had no experience in this portfolio-- save the fact that he began his working life in Canada as a donut salesman.

But the biggest disgrace of all deals with an immigrant named Maryam Monsef. A migrant from either Afghanistan or Iran(only her hairdresser knows for sure), Trudeau awarded her no less than five Cabinet portfolios before she crashed and burned.

It wasn't until she publically labelled the Taliban  her "brothers" that Ms. Monsef (born Maryam Monsefzadeh; November 7, 1984) got voted out in her Peterborough, Ontario riding. She didn't lose by much.

On May 10, 2016, Monsef was appointed by PM Trudeau as committee leader for the composition of the Special Committee on Electoral Reform.

At the time, she was 31-years old, and a first-time Cabinet Member. Monsef has lived in Canada less than a decade at the time of appointment. Why did Trudeau choose her?

To capture the Muslim vote. The result of collective Cabinet incompetence being a 30-fold increase in payments to consulting firms such as McKinsey.

"In 2022, the country’s immigration system accepted a staggering 955,000 immigrants and non-permanent residents, according to a CIBC Capital Markets report.

"Excessive numbers of newcomers has been allowed for years, further straining housing and health care infrastructure in Toronto and across the country. Getting a family physician is impossible in many regions and emergency rooms are overwhelmed."

So why do it? The purpose is two-fold. First, to fulfill the 100 million, 3rd World-dominated authoritarian state model, as influenced by the government of China.

Secondly, and most macabre, to push "Old Stock" Canadians to the brink of financial ruin. Don't you know? Justin Trudeau is the father of the Great Woke Revolution in Canada.

We come full circle. Back in Chinatown, we recognize an emulation of the government of China's approach to national demography. It's a veritable "cleaning of the house," as Chairman Mao Tse Tung drove home during the Communist Revolution in the 1960's.

"Canadians do not want numbers of newcomers that will burden their existing healthcare, education, and housing systems, as is now the case," said Diane Francis this week in the Financial Post.

And our choice is? Try nothing, and don't stop 'till you get enough. Tasked with a conversion of Canada to an authoritarian state, for as long as he remains prime minister, Justin Trudeau will continue to work his neo-communist agenda.
