Why, If Elected, Pierre Poilievre Should Cancel Multicultural Policy

The true breach in application of Multiculturalism is found in government's treatment of Canadians of Anglophone origin.

When considering the condition of Canadian society and its deterioration at the hands of its Liberal government, a great irony remains unspoken. In terms of a ramping up of social discord, media focus on factors such as immigration, refugee intake, illegal asylum seekers, and related public consternation.

Meanwhile, the idea that Multiculturalism as manifest in the Multicultural Act of Canada[1988] is fundamental to the fragmentation of society has been going under-the-radar for decades.

For astute political observers, this should come as no surprise. Multiculturalism and its vicissitudes are at base-level a Liberal Party of Canada phenomenon. Conceptualized by former Liberal PM Pierre Trudeau, its manifestations have remained sacrosanct for half a century.

In the meantime, the degree of media analysis of the policy could fit on the head of a pin. For a piece of legislation so impactful on society, CAP caustically describe the discrepancy as a "pathetic joke."

"In 1982, multiculturalism was recognized by section 27 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and the Canadian Multiculturalism Act was subsequently enacted."

"In 1988, Canada was the first country in the world to enshrine its multiculturalism policy in legislation, when Parliament passed the Canadian Multiculturalism Act."

Canada remains one of the few countries in the world which maintains "official" multicultural policy. In using the word "official" we refer to government-legislated policy, as opposed to countries that indulge in "diversity," or those that feature a polyglot of ethnicities and religious communities.

In combination with the world's highest per-capita immigration quotas, it makes Canada unique in the world. To be contrasted with mainstream media's exposure of its obscurity-- they never do it.

The Canadian Multiculturalism Act, enacted in 1988, affirms the policy of the Canadian government to recognize and promote the multicultural heritage of Canadian society. Two of its primary objectives are:

• Enhance the understanding of and respect for diversity.

• Assuring that all individuals receive equal treatment and equal protection under the law, while respecting and valuing their diversity.

Cultural Action Party [est.2016] go where no other dwell. These two principals do not exist. While Canada's "woke" contingent purport that the shortcomings exclusively affect "racialized" communities, we have other ideas on the matter.

The true breach is found in government's treatment of Canadians of Anglophone and Christian origin. In our opinion, our ruling Liberal government are systemically prejudiced against white Canadians. It is here that the myth of multicultural “equity” falls by the wayside.

In this regard, one observation remains clear as crystal. CBC, CTV, Globe & Mail, Toronto Star, Calgary Herald. Not one of these media organizations would ever allude to what CAP has to say on the topic. Why would they? They're heavily-funded by the Liberals and wouldn't be so foolish as to stab them in the back.

We could devote space to anecdotal examples, but in truth, this could fill the pages equivalent to the length of Tolstoy's "War and Peace."

Persecution of Christian pastors during the years of the Covid regime. Refusal by the Feds to establish a Christian Heritage Month. PM Trudeau's branding of the burning of dozens of churches as "understandable." New Democratic Party leader Jagmeet Singh's claim that Canada is "genocidal toward First Nations." The general branding of Canadians of European heritage as "racist, bigoted and homophobic."

Making matters more extreme arrives in the form of Liberal government veneration of Sikh-Canadian and Muslim-Canadian communities, which at this point in our historical trajectory, qualify as our demographic "belle of the ball."

Myriad polls deliver the news. In terms of immigration, Canadians continue to lament over a "lack of assimilation" into society. What many[most] may be overlooking comes in the fine print contained in the Multiculturalism Act:

"Promoting the full and equitable participation of individuals and communities of all origins in the continuing evolution and shaping of all aspects of Canadian society."

Further irony arrives from a false depiction of multiculturalism founder Pierre Trudeau as a "great statesman and visionary."

CAP challenge this in totality. If true, why didn't PET anticipate that one day down the road, "full and equitable participation" would push Anglophones to the periphery of society? Or is it more of a case that Trudeau Sr. understood this, but as a Francophone and communist sympathizer, he didn't give a damn.

Thus, the potential fall of English Canada. Media say nothing. What a curious condition it is. Analyzing Multiculturalism some fifty years after its enforcement[no vote, no referendum, no democracy], we draw our conclusion:

Multiculturalism is an anti-Anglophone, anti-Christian policy ingrained into our Constitution via the Pierre Trudeau-founded Charter of Rights and Freedoms. In turn, establishment media have spent fifty-years obscuring the fact.

Translation in colloquial terms: Anglophone Canadians get hosed.

Among various critical aspects of governance, Conservative Party leader Pierre Poilievre-- if elected prime minister-- should consider cancellation or at least revision of Multicultural policy.

It would be a most "progressive" thing to do. Canadian society is progressing toward a status in which white Canadians are to transition to a minority community. Let us note how this form of "progressivism" is perpetually eschewed by government and media.

Thinking of the long-term vision of so-called "intellectual" Pierre Trudeau elicits an ominous thought. Multiculturalism has "no ceiling." No line of demarcation exists in terms of declaring that diversity-based social equity has been achieved.

On this basis, Multiculturalism can go on forever. Under control of the Liberals, patriots can bet their bottom dollar the agenda will continue to roll until Anglo-Canadians transition to a powerless minority community.
