I've seen more foreigners here than I've ever seen. They're everywhere. And why here? We aren't Toronto or Montreal or even anywhere close. We are 4 hours north of Toronto. There's nothing here for them. I wonder to myself "why are they here"?So here we are, a mini version of Toronto but with hardly any Christmas decorations and mostly grumpy Canadians. Butter is $8 a pound in the major grocery stores. Gas has temporarily stabilized at $1.40/litre.
And it feels like our Christmas spirit is dead. Is that kind of what Canadians have become? Dead inside? Scared and super sad?
I think many people are struggling financially and are disheartened by the state of our once prosperous country, I’m fortunate enough to live in a quiet rural forested neighborhood but within easy access to all amenities, I keep myself informed and am aware of the misfortune many, many people are dealing with. This awful bunch in Ottawa are to a large extent responsible for the state our country is in. A few days ago it was announced that Canada is giving 10,000,000 to Iraqs youth to help them make something with their lives, this is the sort of thing this government does and neglects it’s own citizens, really hard to get your head around that kind of thinking. Did you listen to Terry Dimontes interview with his “friend” Trudeau, it was quite an insight into what a sicko this P.M is.

You are half right. You are right about the graves, but wrong assuming that it is an anti-Catholic thing. Proportionally more Catholic churches have been targeted, but the number of Protestant churches burn to the ground is greater.
