It is the government using racism as a tool designed to divide the public and target whites Christians Conservatives, Patriots, critical thinkers. Obviously there are plenty of critical thinkers who are not white. These people are also done dirty because it's insulting for them too. There are plenty of intelligent, accomplished people of color who don't fit and resent the victimhood narrative. It's a divisive tool designed to make people kill each other so the government doesn't have to.
