One only has to compare the demographics of Toronto from the 70's to see the massive shift to the current 51.5% now visible minorities living in Toronto. There is no theory why some make it to the top and others don't, it has to do with IQ and motivation. The most qualified get those top positions, has nothing to do with ones colour.
People are equal in the eyes of the law but certainly not in intelligence and many other things because people are individuals. It is a sad person that blames their station in life onto others.
