The voting system is flawed. It was basically created when there was just Upper and Lower Canada resulting in these two Provinces having the greater number of riding. Who ever controls Ontario and Quebec basically controls Canada. The systems needs to change to a system where there are a equal number of Parliamentary seats/riding spread across each Province regardless of the population.
