Saying that you hate a group of people and they are bad or that they are evil doesn't constitute hate speech. This type of Speech is protected under " Freedom of Speech and Expression " under the Charter of Rights " . What Trudeau is trying to do is , " Control Your Speech " . it's what Dictators Do ".
