Criminal Code of Canada:
Sections 318 and 319 of the Criminal Code make it a criminal offence to advocate genocide, publicly incite hatred, and willfully promote hatred against an “identifiable group.”
An identifiable group is defined as any section of the public distinguished by colour, race, religion, national or ethnic origin, age, sex, sexual orientation or mental or physical disability.
"Allah, take care of these Zionist aggressors. Allah, take care of the enemies of the people of Gaza. Allah, identify them all, then exterminate them. And don't spare any of them," Imam Adil Charkaoui told a crowd in Arabic at a pro-Palestinian protest in Canada on Oct. 28, 2023, via Twitter.
Citizens of all backgrounds would do well to keep an eye on this incident. Pourquoi? Because situations such as these tend to receive the obfuscation treatment from mainstream Canadian media.
It happened in the case of Syrian refugee Ibrahim Ali, charged with the murder of a 13-year old Canadian schoolgirl from Burnaby B.C. The murder took place on Sept. 7th, 2018.
More than five years have passed, and the case is still in court. Minimum media coverage surrounds the tale of a so-called "refugee" brought to Canada, allegedly by a church group on a small island located near Vancouver, British Columbia.
Is a similar fate in store for Adil Charkaoiu? It remains to be seen if this person will be charged for alleged advocation of genocide. More than likely-- as in the Ibrahim Ali case, the passing of time, in addition to media neglect, will render this situation a banality at best.
Continuing on with the hypothetical, CAP consider the circumstances if the tables were turned. A Christian minister publicly advocates for genocide of an identifiable religious community in Canada.
Immediately, National Council of Canadians Muslims get to work. Non-profits of a similar nature call for charges to be laid for willfully promoting genocide. CBC, CTV, Toronto Star write the story up. The case proceeds with expediency toward an established date, as prospective lawyers prepare to battle it out in court.
CAP pipe in with our opinion on the genocide promotional event perpetrated by an Imam in Quebec. Nothing will happen. No charges will be laid. Perhaps the preacher will get a slap on the wrist from government, after which the unfortunate incident will be put to rest.
Addressing reporters this week, Quebec Premier François Legault accused Charkaoui “of inciting hate and violence, and said he was counting on the police to do their job…It’s not my place to tell them how to do their job, but inciting violence is not allowed.”
It's not that it "isn't allowed." More to the point is that it is illegal-- a breach of the Canadian Criminal Code.
"Montreal police said that for reasons of confidentiality, they cannot confirm whether or not requests for an investigation have been lodged or whether they are in the process of investigating someone."
Right. In other words, astute Canadians should prepare for the worst. A replication of special treatment for one identifiable community, as witnessed time again within PM Trudeau's "no core identity" Canada.
Simply put, if this guy was white, and the target was one of the Liberal Party's uber-precious 3rd World voter communities, citizens from coast-to-coast would never hear the end of it.
A mainstream media article published this week alludes to that which Cultural Action Party speak of. We stand witness as Justin Trudeau's vacuous "sunny ways" pronouncement transitions into so much pablum:
Tasha Kheiriddin: Canada's Multicultural Utopia Now A Balkanized Grievance Factory
"Canada has become a nation of diasporas. Rather than wrapping ourselves in a common flag, we huddle in our enclaves: Muslim, Sikh, Hindu, Jewish, Chinese, Black and the list goes on. Faith, color and country of origin divide the nation. Everyone is the 'other,' and increasingly, the enemy. Violence and acts of hatred are multiplying in our streets."
Welcome, fellow Canadians, to the woke Liberal show that never ends. Social division, neo-communist style. The essence of Trudeau-brand politics it is-- with a purpose.
Social division is the name of the post-modern Marxist game. For the past eight years, it's been working like a charm. So is the Liberal agenda to perpetuate the division. Namely, one million newcomers to Canada per year, inclusive of federal immigration quotas, foreign worker and student intake, as well as provincial nominee programs.
Mix it all up together, and what do you have? Justin Trudeau's Canada is the answer, inclusive of religious fanatics calling for extermination of one of our nation's longest-standing religious communities.
Merci, Monsieur Trudeau.
On the news yesterday, it was reported that the judge in the case of the Syrian immigrant accused of raping and murdering the young Asian teenager in a Burnaby, BC park, told the jury that they had to disregard any evidence given by the doctor that died suddenly the evening after she testified for the prosecution in court. Because she was not finished testifying and the defense was unable to cross examine, none of her testimony is considered admissible. No other information was reported on the news as to how this impacts the case going forward. But the police have “assured” the public, there was no foul play involved? So we are to believe it was just an unfortunate “coincidence”?
this country is so far gone nowbut i am hoping i am around when trudeau has to start putting the chosen people in quebec, when that happens then quebec will be finished.
