I took a drive through downtown Vancouver yesterday and was once again appalled by the sea of human indignity, drug addiction, homelessness and poverty. Nothing has gotten better under the NDP and frankly I am not “scared” of making a change. And in between NDP election ads were announcements of which ERs were closed in the interior of BC (a regular occurrence now)!

If the NDP win the upcoming BC election I fear for the future of the province. Eby's zealotry over all things indigenous is worse than Miller's unhinged nonsense. The proposed Land Act amendments (set on the back burner until after the election) will become law and place 94 percent of the province in the hands of a perpetually aggrieved racist minority. (Don't think they deserve the term "racist," think again). And that will just be the beginning. Handing Haida Gwaii over to the control of the HN is likely unconstitutional and comes at the expense and terrible uncertainty of fee simple land owners on the islands.
