I had been warning Canadians about this possibility since Trudeau was first elected and I stressed exactly this before the 2019 elections. I just wasn't sure exactly when, but stated that he would create an "emergency" so he could invoke this draconian measure. The time is now here and I would suggest that, as things become more and more unstable and Canada becomes a failed state, Trudeau will call upon the UN to send troops and with communist China being the dominant military power in the UN, I would believe that he will invite the Chinese to occupy Canada! I say this because of Trudeau's relationship with China and the fact that he has already invited the Chinese army into Canada, as when they participated in winter warfare exercises in Petawawa and unidentified, uniformed Chinese formations marching in British Columbia.
