I wonder if in the rush to get gender change surgery the patients are made aware that there is no sensation in the newly created canal or that the new appendage is likely to remain flaccid and will require some kind of internally surgically installed inflatable bladder in order to make it insertable.How fun is that.Better keep your god given apparel and purchase a strap-on or use a different body apperture.At least if you later change your mind about being male or female you still have your own intact body parts.This method is also less costly to the already busted health care system.
